Volunteer Update Meetings & Uniform Distribution
Uniform and Credentials Pick Up Hours
Thursday, June 21st - 4:30pm to 7:30pm
Saturday, June 23rd - 9:00am to 2:30pm
Make plans to pick-up your credentials, uniforms, extra tickets, money clips or exchange uniform shirts on Thursday, June 21st or Saturday, June 23rd in the Media Center at the tournament office (440 E. Warner Road, Akron, OH 44319).
If you are unable to pick up your items in person, please arrange to have a friend do so for you. Otherwise, if you missed the distribution dates above your next opportunity to pick up your uniform will be at the Will Call trailer Monday of tournament week.
Remember, you always have the option to have your uniform shipped to your home for $10. Please contact Nancy Musci at the tournament office (330.245.2302) or email email@example.com if you would like to have your uniform shipped.
Volunteer Update Meetings

Saturday, June 23rd - 10:00am
Our Volunteer Update meetings will be in the Media Center at the tournament office on June 21st or June 23rd. While the meetings are not mandatory, they are informative for new volunteers and are a great way for returning volunteers to catch up on any changes for the coming year. The meeting will last less than an hour. Select the meeting that works best for your schedule.

These meetings will be held in the Media Center at the tournament office and are geared toward new marshals, but all marshals are welcome to attend.
