Volunteering at the Bridgestone Invitational

It takes close to 1,000 volunteers contributing over 29,000 hours to host the Bridgestone Invitational golf tournament. Every single person contributes to the overall success of the event and to the considerable number of charitable dollars that go back into our community.

Volunteer Uniform Package

All volunteers must purchase the $75.00 package. The payment allows us to offset the costs and thereby donate more to local charities. The package includes:

• Tournament golf shirt
• Tournament jacket
• Tournament baseball cap or women’s visor
• Volunteer Badge (valid the entire week)
• Lunch on the days you work
• Special volunteer breakfast on Saturday
• One invitation to the Volunteer Kick-off Party

Junior Volunteers (ages 13-18)

Our corps of Junior Volunteers help out in a variety of ways including carrying leader standards for the players, manning scoreboards and cleaning-up in hospitality areas. Mandatory Junior Volunteer orientation will be held on Sunday August 1st at 2:00pm in the Junior Volunteer Tent, located on the North Course, near the tunnel.  We will review procedures, distribute uniforms, explain the drop off/pick up locations and answer any questions you may have at the time.
