Disaster Action Team Volunteers

Every day people are forced from their home due to fires, storms or other disasters. Compassionate and committed Disaster Action Team volunteers respond day and night to meet the immediate needs of their neighbors. Volunteers provide assistance including emotional support, replacement of prescription medication, financial assistance for food, clothing and temporary lodging, and other critically needed items and referrals.

Volunteers on the days that we are open, whether it’s organizing, sorting, or simply spending time with the mothers and their children that we are serving. They are welcome to visit our website for the days that we are open and they don’t even have to sign up they could just show up. If there’s anyone in particular that wants to get plugged in, please have them connect with me. I would be more than happy to talk with them!
